TASMANIAN women are driving a post-baby plastic surgery boom, with more women in their 30s now opting for a "mummy makeover". Hobart surgeon Chris Edwards says cosmetic surgery numbers have steadily increased in recent years, with mums making up a large percentage of those wanting work done.
